This exuberantly successful and very long-lived Soho noodle house and emporium is reminiscent of noodle shops in Hong Kong.  The owner has visited Asia many times and this restaurant is a distillation of many collected images and flavors.  This project was done in collaboration with the late, great, Larry Bogdanow.
